    Accidently cold crashed the wrong beer before fermenting completly....

    I've been doing some reading and looking over recipes. I have yet to hear someone mention dry hoping in a keg for New England Style IPA. There is a lot of discussion on "Hop Creep". Wouldn't dry hopping colder (in a keg) help with eliminating hop creep? Instead of during active fermentation...

    Kveik yeast - shipping warm/hot weather

    Is there a need for ice packs? These yeast like to ferment 90 degrees f. Would the hot weather in FedEX or a mailbox hut these little guys?

    OxiClean took the tarnish off of conical (question)

    Not gonna rant. I should have researched this before I used it on my Blichmann conical. let it sit 2 days. I guess I had too high concentration. Anyways is it fine to use? No metalized off flavors from letting a lager sit a month in this thing? See attached picture.

    I collected it from a conical on 03-19. Put it in the fridge. But then took it out of the fridge a week later and let it warm up and sit at room temperature for 3 days (long story).
