    Kegged root beer lines.

Ok quick question. I have made a root beer and kegged it. I hooked up my pour lines and it blasts out so bad that it's just not good. I tried to research what size lines to use because of the higher co2 presence over beer and what I had came up with was about 20' of 1/4" I.D. And that is what I...

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Big and Bold Rhubarb Wheat

That looks great. I just did a small batch Belgian with strawberry and rhubarb. It is in secondary now on the fruit. It's about a 7% and the color was that of a Belgian until the fruit was added and now it is a nice red color. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

Specialty Fruit Beer Chocolate Cherry Stout

I brewed a cherry stout without the chocolate and it turned out great. At first it didn't seem to have enough cherry flavor but after about a month on keg it was awesome and it got better with age. I also used 4oz of liquid cherry concentrate from my lhbs and added it to the secondary for about...

    Water profile

Thanks for the info. I plan on using distilled water and adding salts to make a Belgian style so the water report I shouldn't need for distilled. I was just wondering because my lhbs said that I just add salts in top of grain and don't have to stir or anything. Sent from my iPhone using...
