First time using blow off tube?

using a hose to air lock I really don't see an advantage other than you need room so you can't have the air lock on top - I don't use them any more just a blow off tube. I would give it bit more time, this is a big beer.

Yup - been there done that - blow off tube now on all brews - distilled water :mug:

If Only I Knew Then What I Know Now

Never thought of that - using a container with distilled water, much easier just using a gallon distilled water jug -

If Only I Knew Then What I Know Now

Blow out tube in lieu of Air Lock - had a major clean up with a Stout beer - use the blow out tube into distilled water on every brew now - much easier

Chinese All in One system, opinions?

for the cost of shipping & cost of the unit you might be better buying a Brewzilla or Anvil's Foundry - not much cost savings when adding $93 to ship -
