    Opps too strong

    I brewed a couple days ago. I was shooting for an ipa around 6.3% abv but my OG ended up around 1.073. Which is gonna make for a brew around 8.3% .     Thin stout

    I brewed 10 gallon stout a couple months ago. A couple weeks ago I kegged 5 gallons and its pretty thin. It attenuated down to 1.010 which is not what I was going for. At this point is there anything I can do to thicken up the 5 gallons of stout still in the carboy?

    Leaky fermenter

    I brewed up an IPA on Saturday and put it in the fermenting bucket. This morning I noticed there was some wort leaking from around the lid. I took a quick look at it and there's a little damage to the top rim of the bucket. Should i racket to a new bucket or just leave it for now?

    Secondary?

    I'm going to be moving my new batch to a secondary fermenter this weekend. I was wondering if pouring inthrough a strainer would cause a problem because of the aeration. I want to run it through a strainer because I used whole leaf hops and there is still a lot in there that I want to clean out.
