This is weird: I can only erase/flash the 5.8.6 bin version using the steps below. I also tried other bin versions like 6.3.1 or 6.2.0 and it just doesn't work. After flashing the Wemos blinks 4 times and stops, and no iSpindel wifi connection is displayed. Really don't know what is going on...

I spent the last week trying different versions of BPL and iSpindel. Decided to go with BPL 2.3.2 and iSpindel 5.8.6. It’s working flawlessly for 2 weeks, updating iSpindel data every 10 minutes. And I also prefer not to use the BPL AP mode.

Thinking about some hacks one could do to the Brewzilla: 1 - Install a hop stopper (those from The Electric Brewery or the Lauterhexe) connected to the tap; or 2 - Use the tap as the inlet for whirlpooling, using something like the Brewhardware spincycle

Sorry for bringing to life a deceased thread but I would love to hear about the performance of these Stout BIAB Kettles. Can @Lanky94 oe anyone else give us some feedback? Is the bag still necessary?

The 3-way ball valves are a great idea for chilling/sparging. Hope I can use this solution for my next project. Hope to get some info after the first batch.

My single vessel built with BrewManiacEx controller. Still have some adjustments but for now it delivers what I need.

I believe that in a first attempt you could use the same parts and considering this high gravity you should add a lot weight to the sled.
