I never had good experience with Azzaca. Even fresh at large scale or for complimentary. I think this hop is overrated about the description so I gave up on this one.

Nice timing that you guys talked about yeast blend. I was bored and had 2 slurry of Vermont Ale/Foggy London Ale in the fridge. Starter is going on and will pitch this friday with I7/Sabro/Eldorado. I don't expect anything special but I made this trio with only Foggy London Ale 2 months ago so I...

I just did a citra/bru-1/galaxy Neipa and it was pretty good. It was 2020 crop from YVH. I guess I am lucky.

So I did this beer and it's kegged since 5 days. Peachy/mango/pineapple dominant trio on aroma and flavor. I can't taste the Bru-1 alone but certainly contribute to enhance the pineapple flavor. Great trio if your all in for 100% fruits. Fresh 2020 crop YCH bags certainly helped a lot. 6 Gal...

I also did a pilsner back in november with 3oz of Huell Melon (2017 harvest) + 1oz of saaz and also didn't get any melon from it and it was grassy. Not the best pilsner I made.

The only time I had hop burn was: -Using Galaxy too much -Early biotransformation -no cold crash at all I am now doing the first dry hop when the beer is at FG and the second DH 2 days after for a total contact time of 5 days in the fermenter. 0 hop burn since.

I am going for Bru-1/citra/galaxy from YVH cyber pack very soon. I think I can't go wrong with that trio. I never used Bru-1 Thinking 40%/40%/20% galaxy

Do you have more flavor this way ( no hot side hops )? I could understand aroma but I'm always curious how much flavor you got with a 0 hot side hops. (yes I saw scott janish exp) It looks very tasty btw :)

Well if you can purge the headspace, try double addition and purge the hell out of it after closing the lid. When I had good flavor and poor aroma in my beer, it's because i was doing biotransformation at day 3-4 in (all aroma escaping), not using fresh hops and did not have the right amount. I...

Well, this beer is now ready to drink and oh my........ This is a total juice party of tangerine, pineapple, mango, all of tropical fruit you can think. It's my 17th NEIPA and this is by far the most tropical punch I ever made. I don't get any coconut at all (wich I was not hunting) but I do get a...

SS Brewbucket at 7psi? wow, they are rated for 1-2psi max... if you are really at 7 psi the lid will have a leak somewhere sometime... Anyway, if it's your first neipa just open the lid, dump all your dryhop in and close the lid asap and purge. Did you already have any oxygen problem? If you...

I am about to Dry Hop my NEIPA. I saw that you Dryhoped 4.5 OZ of sabro, did you find it too potent? I was thinking about 2oz of sabro, 2oz of I7 and 1oz of mosaic cryo

Going to brew an idaho7/citra/sabro next week... or maybe only I7 and Sabro... How much % of sabro? Never brewed with it. I was thinking of 40% I7/ 40% Citra and 20% sabro. I read it can be overwhelming.

Yes I just did it 2 weeks ago. I pitched 2 packets of philly sour. Fermeted under pressure in the fermzilla at arround 7-8 psi. Gonna transfer it in the keg this weekend. According to lallemand, this yeast love to eat some dextrose to be more sour. Batch Volume: 6 gal Original Gravity: 1.056...

I ferment at 66-68F, raise to 72 until the end of fermentation then soft crash to 56-58, First dry hop that will be in for 5 days, stay at 58F, second dryhop 2 days after. Total contact time 5 days max. Cold Crash at 45 for 24h then keg it. I don't know if it's doing anything special (dry...

I am about to dry hop my idaho7/citra/mosaic and never used cryo before. I got 5 oz of cryo citra/mosaic/amarillo. How do you suggest me to DH my 6gal because I was about to go for a first DH 2oz citra/mosaic t90.. second DH 3 days later with 1oz of cryo citra and 1oz of cryo mosaic.

NEIPA v12, everything was fine (except I aimed for 1.060 not 1.052). great color, super super fruity aroma but man it's by far the first time I got some Hop burn like that. And I got a big one. Ok it's kegged since july 6, but you can see the hops at the bottom of the glass when you put it in...
