I would like to give a shout out to Quirky's Homebrew Supply in North Glenn, CO (north of metro Denver). While they are local pickup only they have great selection and decent prices. Also very friendly as well. I can put my order in and schedule a pickup day and time and they have it ready for me.

Welcome! I would also suggest some light reading or not so light lol but I found the book "How to Brew" by John Palmer an invaluable resource. The most current edition is the 4th one. You can make brewing as simple or as complex as you like. I find I'm really enjoying learning about water...

Thanks for the link; I recently acquired one of these but it won't fit in my fermentation chamber without modification. Morebeer sells a coolstix system made for the spiedel 30L but they want quite a bit of green for it. This jacket looks like a great solution.

You should take a picture of an asus crosshair board or thereabouts and see if you can get a huge vinyl sticker made. Then have your circuits similar to what you have drawn running too it. You've got to have a motherboard! lol this is a great idea I like what you have going on so far.

At this stage oxygen is a good thing. You should be fine.
