    Hello all I'm going to be purchasing the coppers dark ale kit soon, but I was wondering, with this kit, as it's not lager, do i still need to prime it with the carbonation drops? Or does this specific kit not require that? Also, I want to make it stronger than 5%. Any tips on how to do so...

    Reading help

    Hello again. When I started my beer on the 27th. The reading was 1034. I have just another today after 3 days and removed the Krausen collar and the reading is now 1020. Is that good or bad? I dont understand :(. It did have loads of foam and now it's settled to just patches on top. But...
