Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

I have the same problem. In my case its the yeast. I wash my yeast and try ro get the most out of it. Pretty much after 3 months in the fridge without using it is about the life of my yeast before things go sour. I have been sticking to SO5 for now and no sour beers this far.[emoji2]

I lager in my basement. Start primary at 50 degrees. Dielect rest for 3 days. Then secondary for 8 weeks at about 27 degrees or so. Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Found an article on no sparge brewing in byo and I computed all the formulas and apparently water volume wasn't the problem So I'm down to mash temp lower than indicated or grain crush as far as I can tell. Unless the theory of it being green is the culprit I would maybe try a higher temp next...
