    How Long Does Easy Clean Last?

    I was wondering how long easy clean lasts? I was going to make a gallon or two solution and then cover it with a lid and keep it in a home depot bucket. Anyone have any experience?

    Oops.

    I used a Northern Brewer kit last night and forgot to take the gravity :(. This morning it is fermenting really actively (lots of krausen and bubbling blow off system). Should I assume the OG that I got with the kit?

    Wow lots of Krausen
