    Elderberry Stout

    I'm looking to brew an elderberry stout as they grow in my garden and is a lovely recipe used in 9th Century Britain However, I'm looking to cheat a bit! I intend to brew a "Beer in a Bag" stout and add the elderberries at secondary fermentation so there won't be a "boil" as such for the brew...
