    Quick Advice!?!

Man where the heck is this at? I've never heard of any of those beers. I've heard of Pete's but not that particular type... other kinds I've tried were good though.

    Recipe DB: Style List

Can you include the subcategories from BJCP as well? I think I would rather have that level of detail in the organization because recipe databases tend to get excessively large. Just look at HBD.org's recipe page for an example, I think it is organized well.

    Weyerbacher

Haha yeah they really do need to work on those labels and cases... Looks like something any of us could make on our home PC :)

    Need suggestions for a recipe

You could probably make a pretty nice red ale with that set of grains. Maybe go a little heavy on the DME and make it a double red ale. They make one at Dominion Brewing and it was damn good. Although you might need to pick up a few more hops like you said...

    Did some shoppin'

I found the Unibroue sampler at a local distributor... but since it's Pennsylvania I had to buy 3 of them (a case worth). Ran me $60 but it was worth every penny, I love all of these beers... especially Ephemere! I'd have to say Maudite is my favorite of the pack, with Ephemere probably second.

    Software

I like Beersmith for the same reasons that everyone else has mentioned.

    Sea Dog Blueberry Wheat

I've tried the Sea Dog Raspberry Wheat and wasn't impressed, but I hear that the Blueberry is much better. Go figure...

Craft Beer Radio Driving me crazy.

I've tried all of the brewing podcasts out there, and the only one I really like is Basic Brewing Radio & Video. For me, the others are either too boring or have too much non-beer related content. I'm not really interested in Joe Beerdrinker's opinions on music...

    Beer Sports

Haha, but I'm a Phillies fan... so I guess you should replace "a few brats" with "a big ass cheesesteak". Of course my personal favorite is the Schmitter:

    Beer Sports

I'd say baseball for my top pick... if you go to a game you pretty much have to get a beer and a bag of peanuts or a hot dog. It just doesn't feel right if you don't...

    Bottle Storage

I've been purchasing old wooden soda and beer cases from a local antique store. It's neat because there's a bit of history behind each one, but it's also kind of expensive at $10 a pop.

    "how to" question

One little tip that I can give... I cut a small (~1 inch) piece of tubing and attached that to my bottling wand. Then you can slide that onto the spigot on your bottling bucket. As long as the bucket is elevated on a table or counter, you can just slide the bottle in underneath and press...

Yep I was gonna say 1056 American Ale as well

    Wolfgang's Concert Vault

Hmm... Queens of the Stone Age.... Classic Rock... does not compute :) I listened to a Neil Young & Crazy Horse concert since I first posted, that was also awesome. Listening to some Grateful Dead now. The sound quality is really top notch, it's not some bootleg copy.

    Wolfgang's Concert Vault

http://concerts.wolfgangsvault.com/ I read about this site in Rolling Stone... it's a classic rock fan's dream. They've got hundreds of live concert recordings online that you can listen to for FREE (with registration). Everything from Zeppelin to Cream to Hendrix to the Dead, they're all...
