I called the Desmond Hotel in Malvern today to get more info on their 2007 BREW FEST which is running on March 3rd, the same day as the Philly Craft Beer Fest. The woman said they have 16 brewers booked so far, mostly local... Appalachian, Legacy, Victory, Weyerbacher, Dogfish Head... some...

Man I need to get some plastic cases like that. I've been getting old wooden soda crates but they aren't really designed for 22 oz bottles... Cool setup though, I hope to have one just like it when I move into my new house :)

Yeah they have a lot of quality brews, but you have to wonder what they were thinking when they brewed Purple Haze.... guh... makes me sick thinking about it. I'll take an Abita Amber in the French Quarter any day, though!

I think I'll be hitting up the Craft Beer Fest in Philly in March. The State College BrewExpo is pretty great too, but that is not until summer.
