    add a Campden tablets , let them do their thing, then add apple juice concentrate to taste

    not if it is already bottled because the gas would have no where to escape to. It would be forced into the dead space but then over time as it cools off it will be re-absorbed into the cider.

    easiest way is let it sit until it clears then bottle/keg. I havent used a secondary for my cider for years

    10 cans of concentrate(no water, just the concentrate) and enough juice to make it to the 5 gallon mark . . . then use wyeast cider yeast. If ya like toss in a 2 ounces of heavily toasted oak cubes for a week or 2 then back sweeten with 3 more cans of concentrate. simple and effective . . ...
