I work almost every saturday, so naturally the best day for me to brew is on sundays. We can't buy beer on sundays here in SC because of the blue laws, so I decided on Blue Law Brewing Company. Thought it had a pretty good "stick it to the man" feel to it. :D

Thanks a lot man. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out as well. Got all the images from a quick google search actually lol. I edited them pretty extensively in photoshop to get them all around the same color tones and stuff but you get the idea.

Ok, good. That definitely makes sense. I added just around 2.5 gallons of water to top off the fermenter with a 4 gallon boil. Sound right?

Yeah it's a 5 gallon batch yes. Am I supposed to take the OG reading after I top off the fermenter??? Because I took mine right after the boil. That's probably what the issue is.

I'm a huge fan of Dales Pale Ale so naturally I was excited when I saw the SN cans. I seriously cannot wait for these to make their way to the east coast, if they aren't here yet. They may already be here for all I know though. I haven't been to the bigger beer stores here in the area in a while.

I usually stick with the likes of SN Pale Ale or Dales Pale Ale. If the wallet's feeling a little skinny ice cold PBR does the trick.

I'm certainly guilty of an ice cold PBR in the shower. Something about the extra water in the can helps wash the grime away....I dunno exactly how it works :D. I also enjoy the hell out of Newcastle, and don't really see why it gets as bad of a rap as it does. Pitchers of it with NY style pizza...
