I did something similar with a 15.gallon mini brew conical about a month ago. Works great, but I need to remove that divider / door seal, it would make life much easier

I thought i did, my target og was 1.057. I ended up with 1.073, so yeah, off by a mile!!! no biggie, I expected to have some issues my first few batches!

brewed with my stand last night, It was my first brew ever, so I expected some hiccups, Made some mistakes on my end and way overshot my og, but the stand itself performed great, cleanup was a snap, very pleased with this stand overall!

got it painted and reassembled, just waiting on a exchange plate chiller from dudadiesel. really want to use camlock instead of barb fiitings on the plate chiller. I will probably re-design the hoist later, but it wil get the job done for a while

tried to return it to my lhbs that I purchased it from and they refused to exchange or return it. contacted duda through their website and they said they would exchange it for me. great service from duda, crappy service from my lhbs.

I actually want to do something like this onto the plate chiller

Just like the title says, I have a new barb style plate chiller and I'd like to convert it to camlock, I did a quick search and didnt see this topic posted. Has anyone done this? anyone have suggestions on how to do it? Is my best option to build small extensions that goes from plate chiller...

I would put the bolts at the bottom to act as leg, that way you could still use the lip properly.

I thought about going with an electric winch but I didnt have the funds for it, so I'll be hand cranking my steamer pot out. If your not set on stainless steel you should look at this pot...
