When adding spice to beer, less is always more. I'd rather add to little than too much and make it unpleasant to drink.

Corne Du Diable. It's an IPA out of Montreal Canada. It's roasty with a little hop presence. At $9 a 10 oz snifter, I wouldn't order it regularly, but its good.
