Yeah it's not a good flavor might make a beer batter with it and fry some fish

WEll just had a taste of my second brew lessons learned from the first this batch had a nice balanced flavor the heavy yeast flavor in the first brew isn't there and that's from temp control ahhh looking forward to this one

Why wait untill your fermentation has stopped to change to the secondary your risking oxygen if the yeast is still active it will enjoy the extra oxygen

You might have a small leak at the airlock

If in doubt take a beer to your home brew shop and get them to try it .my lager got a bit hot which changed the flavor still good to drink just the taste isn't too good

My beer carbonated in a week I noticed visually when I took a few bottles to work to trade with other home brewers it foamed in the bottle like a shaken coke I cracked open a bottle and it tasted horrid

It wont damage it if you leave it

Just bought coopers original pale ale extract it was expensive did I waste my money

Hey just wondering what the quickest brew on the market to drinking time is.

Just brewed a lager myself bottled it a week ago and just cracked open a bottle tastes like vegemite it was horrible I should of waited I'm not opening another one for two more weeks

Would this protect new sugars from being converted to alcohol?

At the end of my fermentation I want to kill the yeast any tips on how to do this without wiping out the alcohol or the taste?

A strawberry ale sounds good I tried a strawberry lime cider and the taste was great not sure what it would be like with beer

Yeah it would be great if it was legal because it is Alot easier then beer.some of the tabbaco was for sale only a small amount to friends but the fines for each plant bankrupted him

It's plain wrong for the government they just make it illegal for tax just like tobacco a friend lost his farm for making his own smokes he would of kept it if it was pot
