Has anyone used this? I don't rally have room for kegs and bottling is becoming tedious.

I am making a wine kit and the instructions state to keep temps at 72-75. But I lost my power on Monday and the temps have been about 58-60 in my home. I already racked the wine after the initial 7 days. Do you think it will be ok or did my yeast go to sleep.
