I've been there a ton of times. Scott (the owner) has been amazingly helpful throughout this process and to be honest, he's making some of the best beers in CO right now from the micro brews, for sure. Thanks for the heads up tho. Scott is awesome.

Sorry, I haven't looked at this thread in a while. I didn't see this post. The state and city both have their own set of crap to take care of. The State requires you get a manufacturing license and get all set up taxes wise. This includes getting a state sales tax number and a manufacturing...

Also, I don't think it is a big deal if I run them all at once or individually. Individually would let me do smaller batches, but that is about the only reason I can think of not running all 3 at once.

Thanks. I would have 3 elements in my HLT and 3 elements in my BK. So if I can hook 3 elements up per circuit that works perfectly. I can just put each kettle on a circuit right? I guess at that point I'm just wondering how 50 amps is going to run 3 elements?
