I have not used one since my first batch, ok so I started 6 months ago, but still... All of the beers I have made have been excellent. I primary ferment for about a week and then secondary for 2-4 weeks depending on the clarity. Bad idea or sound brewing?

1. Nowhere in your post does it state that the beer has been taste tested after fermintation, carbonation, and refridgeeration. LMK how it turns out. 2. ... 3. How cute are you? How good is your beer?

For those of you that brew more than 5gs a batch, what do you keg into? I am using corneys right now but I only brew 5 gallons batches. Do I use multiple corneys after 5g or is there another system I can use?

All I do is pressurize to 12 psi. No shaking, priming sugar, or 30 psi blasts. I far. Dual tap system with a single reg that runs to 2 valves then to the kegs. The only problem I have had is sediment when I don't 2ndary.
