My suggestion would be to not leave it in secondary too long. I moved to secondary after 3 weeks. I tasted it at 4 months in secondary and it was great. I let it get to 6 months then bottled. It's just my opinion but drinking it now I wish I bottled earlier at the 4 mark. The flavors are muddled...

I can't speak for that post but I also use a cooler for biab. I like the coolers ability to hold the temp. I find it easier than holding temp with my brew pot.

Yes this is true. You have to enter through the cupcake store to get to the trading post. Could be I went there at a bad time or totally missed the boat but I saw a couple of pots and nothing else brewing.

I stopped in two weeks ago and it seems like they have stopped the homebrew section. All I saw were t-shirts and some gift shop items. Nothing for brewing. Too bad. I was looking forward to having a close store. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time.

anyone know if it is possible to remove the adapter for the 20oz co2 and replace with a tradition one, as an example a 5lb co2 tank? I like the idea of the portability but having the option to expand if I wanted to later would be nice. Thanks in advance.
