Is there an equation that I can use to convert dry extract to liquid? I am doing a recipe that calls for 7lb's of dry how much would this be in liquid?

What kind of paper and adhesive do you guys use? I searched the forum before posting but could not come up with the info.

I scored a freezer off of craigs list today and plan on starting my build in the next couple of weeks. I was thinking about painting the freezer but wasn't sure how the paint would stand up or if it would enable the freezer to let off heat. Anyone have any advise on this?
