I know this isn't cheese, but I worked for a brewpub that made their own beer mustard. It was spicy mustard mixed with their chocolate porter, was awesome in my opinion.

I haven't read through the whole thread, but if I need to pick up a specific brand or brewpub's growler I don't complain. You're supporting them in a way and worse comes to worse you have a nice glass jar for a blow-off tube. Understandable that this will get expensive but it's a one-time...
