thing is , is that there's really no rush to bottle them . i'm assuming this is a kit and the instructions said to bottle after 2 weeks , when in reality it would be much better to wait 3 . if not the case ...

is there any reason to do a partial boil then add water rather than doing a full boil and just topping off other than the quick cooling off ? or is it better to do a full boil and use a wort cooler or other method of cooling ? i've got a beautiful 8 gal pot sitting in front of me and all...
