Add Cherry Extract or leave it?

I just tasted the sample of my cherry wheat. I used 5lbs fresh cherries (5gal batch) and didn't really notice much cherry flavor coming through. Primary 2 weeks Secondary with cherries for 10 days. Should I add some cherry extract or just leave it and chalk it up as just a wheat beer...

Another CO2 leak question - pressure rising

I should say the psi is reading higher on the keg that has been sitting for weeks (carb'd / hooked up / not touched)

Another CO2 leak question - pressure rising

I have the dual regulator for my 2 kegs. I've had one keg carb'd for about 3-4 weeks just fine, no loss in co2. I hooked my other keg up the other day all seems good. Then after a few days I started noticing my co2 amount I have left dropping. So clearly I have a leak somewhere. My question...

Smallest Chest Freezer that will hold 3 kegs?

I have the Kenmore 7.2. Tank on the hump and 2 pin lock kegs and I think I can cold crash a carboy in there. So there is definitely room for 3.

    Regulator Position?

I am a total newb to kegging. I want to put my co2 tank on the hump of my chest freezer, but with the regulator attached the lid does not close. Can I have the gauges parallel to the floor? I know you can do a collar build, but I do not want too much beer stuff going on. Need to keep the wife...

Guide to set internal chest freezer thermostat to >32F; Eliminate external control

Picked up a new Kenmore 7.2 cubic ft. Been messing with the screw for past 2 days and I think i got it. I believe it is turned CW all the way in, then I backed it off 4 full rotations, and the dial is set in the middle. (Which was my goal incase if I have to turn it higher/lower) Have a couple...

Kick in the Mouth - Irish Red

So I brewed my first beer an Irish red extract kit from midwest. Dang is it good however I'm running out! ha. Anyway I was wondering why it seems that the first taste of the beer is kind of like a kick in the mouth, then after that it is smooth on to the bottom of the glass. 1 week...
