I storing mine 18c and 20c going leave it 2 weeks then try it .then couple days later try another.in UK temperature changes alot.when I was fermenting kept in house too cold garage or basement.

I been told while it is carbonated it dry and cool.but what temperture is cool.

yeah 18c to 20c in garage in house can get 24c. over night garage about 187.

temp 18 to 20 is warm

my bottles larger in garage in cupboard .will it be affected as temperature come up and at highest it 20 .
