    Honeysuckle Wheat Ale?!?

Does honey suckle grow as a vine? I have these vines that grow on my house and the flowers smell amazing and I think it's honey suckle. I bet it would be awesome with a wheat beer but if you put it in secondary how would you sanitize the flowers? Could you extract it with vodka?

    Centennial SMaSH IPA

thanks for the help, I was planning on doing a smash and have 13 lbs of maris otter but got 2 ounces each of columbus, chinook, and palisade hops instead. What would be a good hop schedule for those? I was thinking columbus for bittering, chinook for flavoring and palisade for aroma, but how...

I would like to buy some hop rhizomes and start growing hops at my house. Is it too late to plant them this year? I live in New England. Any info on how to get started, when, and where to purchase them would be great

    Trying out a SMaSH

Both to try ingredients out and have a good drinkable beer. I chose summit because I've never used it before and I read that they are good for both bittering and aroma. Any suggestions on what to use instead?

    Looking for hoppy recipe

I'm looking for a tried and true hoppy beer recipe. I'm not necessarily looking for a clone recipe, but to get an idea I really like Lagunitas IPA and little sumpin' sumpin'.

    Banana Bread Dunkelweizen Recipe

I just bottled it last night. I tried a sip of it, and although it tastes delicious the yeast didn't give off any banana flavor. At least none that I could detect. I'm not sure what happened, because I fermented it at the higher end of the temp spectrum. My LHBS suggested I didn't use real...

    Priming a dunkelweizen

Aryoung1980 I set the temp on the calculator in the low 60's and that's what it gave me. I know in the past, for other style beers, conditioned at the same temp, I used only 4 or 5 oz of sugar so 8 just seems ridiculously high for a dunkel

    Priming a dunkelweizen

And that created the proper level of carbonation for that style beer?
