    Beer won't hold it's gas??

Could you explain that one to me? How can "collecting too much" make the beer watery? not boiling it down is the problem there.

anyone have a good corona clone recipe

Wow resurrected post, to answer a question from years ago, Miller products don't skunk because they brew with hop oil, not fresh hops eliminating the chemicals that cause it. That was started long long ago as a marketing tool to set them apart in the "Clear Bottle"

Anyone choose not to use a pump?

I have found running the wort through a fine grain bag from mash tun to kettle (wrap the tube end)filters all the small particles just fine

    Oxygen flow meter?

Really doesn't matter much, just run it for a minute or more,it will be fine

Clean new grain mill before use?

You can run a LB of grain, or not whatever makes you feel better. Note: Compressed air works great for cleaning them after use

why my AG beer tastes sweet?

Crushed Beano will break down the complex sugars, it will lower your gravity, gotta be careful with it or you end up with jet fuel

    sediment on bottom

You really don't gain much re-hydrating the dry yeast, I just dump it in the wort (mine comes out of the therminator at around 76) never had it not chugging away by the next morning

    Primary/secondary Fermentation

Secondary will give you more clarity, won't have much effect on the taste. If you are going to brew a heavy, and let it age out for a few months, definitely want to rack it off the cake

Is it Windsor or is it me?

Crush up a couple tabs of Beano and toss em in that should bring your FG down

    Cold Crashing too high maintenence...

Umm untrue, Mine are always crystal clear after 3 weeks in a secondary

District of Columbia MD_NVA Free Kegerator

OK, old keggerator destined for the dump (I bought new one) it has 4 tap holes and still works, but needs new door seal. I got SWMBO to authorize a new fridge to convert. If you can pick this up this weekend in Southern Maryland it is yours free, otherwise goes to dump tomorrow (sorry for short...
