Well in about an hour I am going to rack my primary blonde ale so far on top of 5# of frozen strawberries. I am going to put the 5 lbs in some water and brign up to a boil this should thaw and sanitize them. I will cool them down in an Ice bath then put them into secondary. Rack Ale on top of it...

Well Just got home form work about 45 minutes ago, and the Airlock is still in tack and bubbling fine. looks like it is going to be a good beer to mmm:mug::mug:

Isn't the reason they sell pre-made kits is because even with the same kit it will always turn out different. Even if I do it at home myself. just a two or three minute difference in adding the hops or boiling the work makes a complete different beer.

You would have thought I would have learned my lesson already. When I brewed Friday night. I set a blow off tube on then top of the fermentor. after 3 days the bottle was pretty full and running a nice steady bubbling. I changed from the blow off tube to the airlock. Oops. Yesterday all day...

I Did my part just emails and called Senator Snowe (R) Maine she is usually pretty business friendly I told her staffer of my concern, and she will get the message today. I also emailed her with my concern. She is on the finance committee. let hope she and all the others get the message.:mug::mug:

Well last night at about 1030 I started brewing. here is my results. Pitched yeast at about 130 am. and first photo is of the Dunkel Wiezen at 12 noon. the other tow are of both primaries going at the same time and of my Strawberry blond that is 6 days old.:mug::mug:

Ok I just started my Dunkel Wiezen. who else is brewing tonight. I love wireless N I have my laptop right down here with me it is great, I get to chat it up here and check out all the [post while the steep is going on.:mug::mug:

Yea cool thanks I did do that went to get the supplies at LHBS shop and he talked me into using just the wheat and not Light so I an going with two can of Coppers Wheat
