    Hopback before kegging

    How long has it been in the keg (post hopback)? Any signs of the aroma fading yet? I've dry hopped in secondary and keg, I'm always looking for ways to make that last longer.

    Yeah, "mistress" doesn't sound right. If you look on pinkbootssociety.org most brewers list their title as "brewmaster." My brewing jacket, on the other hand, says BrewBitch.

    Holy cats! You are definitely a far better father/mother than those making the remarks. As azscoob pointed out, you are giving your daughter memories that will last a lifetime. Chances are your daughter will grow up to have a great respect for beer, and not abuse it like their children will...

    Definitely agree with DoctorDuvel. Sometimes you just have go on a brewing spree where you brew so much in a few days you force yourself to buy more fermenters.

    Pomegranite Kolsch

    No experience with this, but it seems like a great subtle flavor for a kolsch. Please post your results if you try it (tempted to do a small batch myself now).
