California Common Two time gold winning Cali Common

sounds like a perfect combo with the spice notes from the liberty hops blending well with the sweet C60 and Munich malts. Glad it turned great. I just put my Kentucky Common Ale on tap yesterday and I will post up my recipe either today or tomorrow with flavor and aroma notes. Cheers brother.

    S'mores Sweet Stout

That recipe though:D, I wonder how strong the toasted marshmallow character came out, maybe add in a vanilla bean or two to boost up a hint of vanilla to the toasted character.

Blonde Ale Squeeze My Lemon Summer Blonde

Any update on how strong the lemon aroma and flavor are pronounced? With all that aroma you smell I wonder if it will stay in the final product:confused:.

Any flavor and aroma notes from subbing in Liberty hops instead of northern brewer? I like the grain bill already. Any updated info would be:rockin:

California Common California Common (Anchor Steam Clone) Extract and AG

Since you do enjoy Cascade hops and prefer to use something around a saaz hop, maybe try using Czech Kazbek hops. It still has the floral and earthy tone that is associated with saaz hops, but with a hint of lemon and or grapefruit notes as well :mug:

    Zesty Summer Ale

I can dig the recipe, let me know how the aroma and flavor profile come out with the zest, because I am curious if more zest might be needed in a secondary fermenter addition or not.

    WLP590 saison

I like the grain bill, I have used the WLP590 in a rye saison in past recipes. It dries really well. I would not be suprised though if it dries out to 1.003 to 1.006. Fermentation for me was a little sluggish, but it just keeps going. I did start my ferm temp at 69f, then rised to 75-78...
