Good man. I saw that thread, and I'm aware of the carb levels. I have a dual-regulator manifold, so 2 zones of carb isnt a problem... 2.5 weeks, eh... Even if we take it out and shake it up on gas every once in a while? I'd think in a week it should be good for service I'd think...

Temporary fix needed... Just ordered 7.0cf GE Chest Freezer from Home Depot... Before I build it into the uber-keezer its going to be, It'll live in my bar/living room area for temporary picnic tap service. Anything to pretty up the white blah-ness of this thing in the time being...

So, upon further examination, this "material" still looks to be here. Is there a way to test this and make sure it's okay? Questionable growth forming on 2 of the 3 secondaries. Top layer of it only as it seems. Surprisingly, the two I wouldn't expect stuff to grown on... the Pumpkin Ale...

So, essentially, any 1/4" NPT Thread to replace the shutoff valve on the Regulator with this type of newer barb and fit with a QD for the gas end... How does the gas line connect to the QD itself... cant tell from the pic...
