Cool site Bobby. I live in Toms River water system ID 1507005. I am pretty new to brewing so I only do extract brews currently, but I plan on working my way up to all grain brews. When I do it seems this water info will be vital to making a good beer.

I used cleaned the airlock with a sanitizer solution, and then filed it with water. From now on I think I will be using vodka anyway.

since you are all saying I should fill it with vodka would it be a problem to top it off with vodka now after it was filled with water the first time?
