No I do not have either one of these items. I have searched some threads on the site and those seem to be the products thats quite a few people are using.

Thinking of building a 3 tier gravity stand. I am stuck between using 1x1x 1/8 think square aluminum or 1x1 14 gauge steel square tubing? any recomendations to make my decision easier? Will be using 3 keggles, so stand needs to be strong enough to hold the weight of those.

How many times do you have to rack wine before you bottle it? I guess I am asking what is a common rule for wine making for timing? For beer I do 3 weeks primary 2 weeks secondary and 1 week in either the bottle or keg. What is normal for wine?

I was just worrying about flavors transfering but as long as I clean them out good I guess I would be fine. Yes I would plan on using a better bottle for the aging.

I just started making beer and am thinking about making wine also. Can I use the same buckets I use to ferment beer in to also ferment wine, or should I have seperate containers. I don't want my wine to taste like beer or my beer to taste like wine.

Thanks for the info. One question though, after looking at my new kegs I noticed that my air release valve is for an older firestone keg. The picture on page 2 of the pdf my valve looks just like D. My question is would it be possible to to buy type A in the picture on there instead?

Called the number today and picked up 6 of them for 100 bucks. They have plenty of them there, and other then needing to be cleaned and the O rings replaced they seemed to all be in good shape. Some of them still had soda in them, but they all seemed to hold pressure just fine.

After sanitizing the bottles and placing them on the counter, then bumping into the counter thus knocking the bottles over and breaking a few. I thought it would be a good idea to buy a bottle tree to dry them out and hopefully not knock them over as easily. Does anyone know where I can get a...
