I ordered my kit with 24 22oz bottles, No problem. plus I got two shiner variety cases sitting waiting to be drank. Good to know about the Sam Adams bottles, I'm sure i can sub in some of that when i run out of Home Brew.

Yeah i just got my kit in yesterday and was working on the same sam adams case for some exra bottles. Tho I only have 11 bottles now, i don't think my roommate realizes i was saving them. Hopefully brewing this weekend. Good luck or your's.

Clovis, NM 5 hours from the nearest LHBS in Santa Fe. Its pretty much all around hell. Plus the whole place smells like cow crap from the plethora of dairies. At least Walgreens has a decent beer selection.

What about in more arid West Texas / Eastern New Mexico (the high plains ~4200 MSL)? I guess as previously stated its not so much the humidity, but the day length. What about altitude? Where can i read more about the day lengths required, and what are the zones mentioned?
