Revvy, don't get me wrong, I wasn't slamming the stuff, I was mearly pointing out the MSDS looks like it would take your skin off. I understand the lawyers have to do the required CYA, too. I use it and wouldn't consider using anything else out there. Don't fear the foam!

You wouldn't think it's so safe when you read the MSDS, but it is. Amazing stuff...

Maybe a piece of 1/8" Plexiglas to protect it? At least if it gets scratched, you can replace it.

After Coy and Josh at BrewBrand Creative created my logo, I’ve tried my hand at my first label. This will go on a tap handle for my Bells Two Hearted Ale clone, called Two Jacks Ale. What do you think? Suggestions welcome.

I use satin polyurethane on mine. Holds up well and doesn’t change the color of the wood very much. Working on one today for my Bells Two Hearted Ale clone I just put on the gas to carbonate.
