Thanks. Enjoyed building it. REALLY enjoy using it. I just did!

    Faucet question?

To give you some idea of how it looks, here’s mine. Face plate is 16” wide and faucets are 4” on center. I've got 20 different tap handles and they all fit fine.

    New Summer Ale Label

Noontime, you're right. This was brewed to drink all day long by the pool, just soaking up the sun. I'm going with the first one. Thanks, for the input.

    Keg pressure

Interesting. I just tried it on mine and it didn't equalize either. Checking further on it, I found the specs on my 2 way manifold I use to carb a new keg, and it has a check valve. GRHunter, check the specs on your manifold.

    Keg pressure

Just curious, where you at in Michigan? I grew up in Mt. Clemens, but left in ’79 when I joined the Navy.

    Keg pressure

Always pour two, so when you finish the first one, the second one's head has fallen to a respectable level. It's all about saving time...

    Keg pressure

The poppet valve is one way, so with 30 psi pushing it closed from inside the keg, and only 10-15 psi trying to push it open, it will not release the pressure. Have to use the pressure relief valve on the keg to drop it down.

    A few of my lables.

All are nice, but I, too, like the Brown Bear the best. The Wolf Amber is pretty cool, too!

    New Summer Ale Label

Brewed a Cascades & Orange Pale Ale yesterday so put together a label for the tap handle. What do you think?

    Froze my beer

I did the same thing once. Make it your 4th or 5th beer and you'll never know the difference. :drunk:

    Which grain mill to buy?

I'd be interested if you're serious about selling it.

For people who have BeerSmith Software-Is it worth it?

Yes, it's worth it. I use it and really like it. Tried all the others, but decided on BeerSmith. Yes, it will convert extract to AG. Get the free trial and check it out. Edit: Damn! You guys are fast!

    New kegerator...thoughts?

Nice catch! Cornys are about 9" across. Got a few 9" paper plates? Set them inside and see how many will fit. When I bought my freezer, I used pie tins that were the exact same size as my kegs.

    Comprehensive Kegging Question

I set it and forget it. In a week or so, I have nicely carbonated beer. Here's the spreadsheet for setting the pressure, which helps a lot.
