Hmmm, the bubbles look like the same bubbles during fermentation of apflewein. And while it was in the keezer I was checking in on signs of fermentation, and I always herd the bubbles coming out of the blow off tub.

I don't know where my hydro is. :o

And I noticed that the air lock was moving. I guess the warm temp woke the yeast back up and they started getting back to work. I left the primnary in the keezer for 10 days at 55*. Should I put it back in the keezer, or let it finish at room temp (75-78) or rack to secondary?

I'm going to be visiting a good friend of mine this time next month, and she wants me to make a nectarine wheat. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Or should I just order Austin HB's American Wheat and add nectarines from the grocery store to it?

While I was deployed last year, I left my keezer running. When I returned I was surprised to see a lot of mold inside. :( How do I clean the picnic taps and make sure there is no more mold inside of the tap?

I have an apa in a keg right now and it's a little over half way gone. It was clear and perfect. Last weekend I took it to a friends house for a get together. I brought it back home, and Now it's cloudy. The first 1-2 secods of pull is clear, but then it's really cloudy. What's the deal?
