I'm in an apartment too, but ive always used a wort chiller. Just go with that and a prechiller.

Made another gallons the other day. 20,302 + 5 = 20,307

Ok, to make the story short, I was at the store, bought the 5 gallons or juice, but they didnt have corn sugar, only cane, so I bought 2 lbs of powdered sugar and used that (PITA by the way) Will this produce different flavors than the corn would?

If I stopped buying beer I'd still have enough to last me month or two. I buy craft beer a LOT and I hoard bombers of iipas and barley wines.
