    I see the next "UPGRADE" a motorized tippy dump for Brewpastor. You could easily hook up a linear actuator to that sucker. That would prevent accidents and make dumping very easy. Sorry about the accident.

    I'm curious about doing it for fuel. It seems so extremely expensive how could it ever be worth doing. I mean if I get this right, 5G of 10% would yeild half a gallon of fuel. That is like $30/gallon.

    Pualk on there who seems to know his stuff said a protein rest is not needed but the acid rest is. pointed out the acid rest is normally not done by homebrewers. anyway good luck.

    Bird I heard over on the norther brewer forum to skip the protien rest and do an acid rest at 110*, then step up to normal temp. There is a monster thread called great bavarian weisbier project or something.

    sorry guys this whole thing started not from being in a hurry as everyone thought. I went to tour some local breweries and they are all working to natural carb to some extent to save gas. I have not tried it at all and probably won't.

    guys I loved this video. It is absolutely hilarious. You need to watch the whole thing. I have a feeling it is a spoof which makes this dude a genius. He has all kinds of homebrew equipment in the back ground. I loved it. I'll probably watch it a few more times. Great stuff!!!
