    DIY Fermentation Chamber

I'm not 100% on this, but I believe it can handle more cubic feet because you're not typically asking it to run at 35F or what have you unless you're doing lagers. So it's more work but less work in that sense. But I'm not a thermo-engineer (is that a thing).

Tips and Tricks to Surviving A Beer Festival

I like to find the shortest line and then just work my way around if it's an event that I feel I can finish all the beers, or if it's a lot of breweries I haven't had. If I've had a lot of the beer, I'll hit up the new ones, then repeat my favorites.

    Fishing!

I saw a few beavers last weekend, I have a short video of it swimming underwater but it's nothing worth sharing really.

Today's Homebrew News - New Curation Homebrew Blog

I think part of the issue is you're content sends traffic away from your site. I see the links open in new tabs, but once your just another tab, there's no guarantee the user will return. While I think this site is helpful, I think it's counter-productive if traffic is your end goal. If I...

Apparently this bass fishing thing is fun. I'm going to put more effort in to catch a bass this year.

    Raw Ale / No Boil

Made a no boil no hop sour brown ale. It's very sour. I'll probably bottle half for some super sour action, and use the rest to blend other sour that need more PUNCH.

    Fishing!

I've been out probably 7 -8 times this season (mostly in short 1 hour stints), and have been skunked every time. But it's still too early really. But today I'm going to try a place that was actually stocked.

    Making a Pseudo Lager

I think the difference is the author mentions that you begin lagering after or just before the primary is finished, while maturation is still occurring. When cold crashing, you wait until the process is completely finished, and you're just looking to flocculate more. This is my two cents. It's...
