    Gelatin at bottling time

    I've been reading a lot of threads about using gelatin on the forum. One question I could not find the answer to : Can the gelatin be added to the bottling bucket with the priming sugar and then immediately put into bottles? Anyone tried this and had success and/or problems?

    What's in your fermenter(s)?

    My very first brew is in right now. Its a Brewer's Best Kolsch (extract). Has been in the primary for 8 days now and I've made SWMBO lock me out of the pantry until day 14 lest I give in to the dark side and bottle.
