GE 7 CF (FCM7SUWW) keezer conversion

Careful, when that stuff dries it triples in size from what u spray on. It also dries rigid so it wouldn't make the type of seal your looking for.

    My first keezer!

I just finished. Not the most beautiful work but it does the trick so far! First pour was already at almost no foam. Big step up from where I was. I used a 3" fan pointing up pulling air towards the top and used a block of foam in the middle to make a tunnel. The "exhaust" side is just an open...

    My first keezer!

Sounds easy enough. No hole saw for me though. Small hack saw blade should do the trick I hope.

    My first keezer!

So after a month finally time to fix the bugs. My main problem is that my coffin is getting too warm and on my first pour the cold beer hitting the warm shanks makes for some serious foam. I didn't think it's be as big a problem as it is. So in adding a pc cooling fan. My main questions are do...

Equipment is Coming in, and so are the questions.

Yes siphoning sanitized solution from a bucket, hopefully your fermenter, will work perfect.

GE 7 CF (FCM7SUWW) keezer conversion

They'll accomplish the same thing so whichever looks like it will give you the best seal. I'd try to re use the seal it came with as what its what it was intended for but as long as the end result is a tight seal you should be good. If you removed the original seal correctly it should be easy to...

    Belgian white wheat beer

I had a question for everyone. Tonight I brewed a Belgian white wheat beer. I added 1/2 oz coriander and 1/2 oz bitter orange peel to the last 15 minutes of my boil. My concern was the orange peel didn't fit through the valve into my fermenter so it was added into the boil but not the fermenter...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Belgian white tomorrow... my boddingtons clone was so perfect I'll be doing that recipe again next week for sure! Tapped 4 fresh kegs in my kegerator for a party last weekend to christen my new keezer and that keg disappeared! (wish I could say the same about my honey ale)

    How cheap can you brew?

Wow, I need to start buying in bulk. Or stop letting every friend/neighbor/and my wife indulge! ;)

These will look good on my kegerator

Looks great. I might have to buy a few for my keeper. I have regular black cheap plastic ones right now. While Wer on the semi topic, anyone have a clever way of identifying which brew is in which tap without tap handles? So fr I just have a chalkboard mounted above numbered 1-4 with its...
