Hoppymonkey i will out of town that weekend for work, i have 4 gallon brew pot that i use now. At the most i would be doing 5 gallons at a time.

Thanks Nealf i went on to inhbc.com and i could not reg on that website. i'm not setup for all grain brewing, i have been doing steeping grain and extact for now. i got about 5 brews under my belt. The wife does not drink so with the two carboys i have i have more beer then i know what to do...

Hi Just joined and saying hi from the ATL, i will be brewing some irish red ale tomorrow morning and must have a couple of the english brown that has been in bottles for two weeks now. sounds like a good weekend to me!
