I think the NFC picks were pretty ridiculous. The Cowboys sending 11 is pure popularity. As for the NFC South...they suck. ;) I think GB could have had 1 or 2 more in, but I'm cool with MN's picks for rather obvious reasons. Bias aside, MN's picks are deserving. :D

Sounds like you need to start getting into drinking more craft brew. I'd say a good 90% of commercial craft brew out there comes in a non-twistoff bottle and about 95% of those are brown. p.s. These are homemade intarweb statistics and they are infallible. ;)

Midwest carries 1 gallon carboys (jugs) as well if you can't find apple juice in glass. That's what I buy for small batch secondaries. As for a primary, they also carry 1.5 gallon primary buckets. I'm actually going to start using them to do small batches of experimental beers and meads myself.

Did you take a hydrometer reading and was it close to your expected FG before you racked? If it wasn't, you're yeast is probably just finishing their job. RDWHAHB

I actually have 3 oz. of EKGs myself, but as it stands many places are totally cleaned out of this variety. My vote is to use it sparingly and only as a flavor/aroma hop as others have already stated.
