Barry, you should just give up. You're always just a little too late with your comments. Someone always seems to beat you to it.

You can assume about a week just to be safe. Once we get an idea when the order will arrive, I will work out what day works best for the guys at Fullsteam for us to come pick it up. They don't want us there on a brewday again. With that being said, we may want to cut this off at 2 pallets...

If my calculations are correct, 1 more bag and we'll be at 4000# and another price break.

Delivery will be at Fullsteam in Durham. They have a fork lift so that we don't have to pay the $75 or whatever it is for the lift gate. Plus, I can drink beer while I'm splitting the load.

It's al yours. I'll tell walker to adjust the spreadsheet accordingly.

They would even it out I'm sure. I'm also sure we would have to pay for a second pallet. It's like real estate. Just because the pallet isn't full, they still have to charge for the space it takes up on the floor of the truck, even if it did only have 1 bag on it.

It looks like we are at 33 bags, which leaves 9 to fill the pallet. PM Walker what you'd like and he can get it added to the spreadsheet. All the info is in the first post of this thread, including the catalog.

I'm down with a 4-way if anyone else wants in. I told Walker to add it to the sheet already and told him we may add another person if someone wants in.

    IPA Grain Bill

Honestly, if you wat to call it an IPA, you need more hops. You should be closer to 1:1 ratio with OG:IBU. You need at least 100 IBUs if not more so that it doesn't taste cloyingly sweet. Just my opinion. Good luck!
