Another 3 weeks and the fresh spruce should be primo, thanks for the research guys. The spruce is loose. I'm making a honey spruce porter if I can wait that long to make another beer.

I made this hop schedule and an Irish red malt bill, mostly maris otter. Did not dry hop. I lost the hops by using Nottingham dry yeast. Next time I will dry hop and use the correct yeast. Thanks for the recipe

I agree they should have kept the white ale, the last noble pils I had off the tap had some off flavors that made it taste flat.
