    Nice batches guys, I just finished my first Scottish 80/- ale, bubbling away! @imnothardcore, I always grab my ingredients from Stephen on Saturdays before I mash in, so I'm really not sure when during the week he could meetup. I'd just trying calling him to be honest.

    I haven't gotten into the nitty-gritty of water chemistry yet, but since my first batch I've been using tap water for my 4-gallon boil, then about a gallon and a half of local Florida spring water to dilute and top off the wort to 5 gallons in my fermenter... honestly I've thought about getting...
