Made a Syrup out of Table Sugar / Water. Cooked it down till it hit right temp... Became really thick and Carmel Tasting and colored also. Cooked til 290* was hit.

Carmel Amber.. Very first AG brew. Its good til the last couple of drinks,I have a Slight Yeasty after taste,,Over all Very happy with it...

Would this be a good beer to brew as I have only brewed 2 AG batch's ... Or will it be ok to let this one make its way onto my list..??

I was a Mug Club member last year at Founders... Thats my Fav Brewery. Grand rapids is a fun town to visit.. Make sure you try mixing a couple beers together in a pint ,they make some tasty creations... Backwoods Bastard & Breakfast Stout is so tasty together...
